Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with inventory and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Assist in generating sales reports and provide feedback to management on trends.
