Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of inside sales, direct/indirect sales, or sales operations experience.
• In-office attendance required daily at the Loveland, OH facility.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads using sales reports, Power BI, and CRM tools.
• Support Regional Sales Managers and coordinate handoffs to sales reps.
• Build and maintain a robust HubSpot CRM ecosystem with data hygiene.
• Engage customers via social selling and drive high-value opportunities.
• Provide regular activity and pipeline reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with teams to improve sales and marketing strategies.
