Qualifications

• Experience acting as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales process.
• Ability to prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Experience maintaining CRM data and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Experience in logistics, tank operations or tank container logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process
• Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and other customer-related documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data within our CRM and company systems
• Support the Outside Sales team in developing and implementing business plans aligned with company goals and growth objectives
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives by providing relevant market information, reports, and administrative support
• Prepare commercial presentations and contribute to regular sales reporting and performance analysis
