Job summary

Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. in Leesport, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Crane Runway Group. You will assist the sales team, prepare distribution quotes in our ERP, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and vendors to develop cost estimates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and a hands-on approach to managing sales orders and CRM data. On-site work, and occasional travel may be required as part of delivering timely, accurate quotes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, TASC, HiSET, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Willingness to wear PPE on-site (steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection).
• On-site work in Leesport, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide Inside Sales Support for the Sales Team.
• Create and manage distribution quotes in our ERP system.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Vendor teams to develop cost estimates.
• Manage all new and existing Sales Orders by communicating with Sales and Operations.
• Develop SOPs and ensure logging of Quotes and Opportunities into the CRM.
• Manage and direct all Customer Service requests for Open Sales Orders.
• Report project status and updates to sales team and management regularly.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager/VP to evaluate inventory levels based on quotes and orders.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts and leads.
