This position is entry-level with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

About The Position:

Sales Development Representatives prospect new healthcare practices and create relationships over the phone to identify and secure new clients. They work closely with Account Executives to match clients' marketing goals with our services and ensure those clients meet their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 85+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  • Identify decision makers and discuss our marketing services to gauge interest and fit.
  • Schedule appointments daily with interested decision makers and coordinate with Account Executives to close deals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure prospects attend their appointments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing and understand our products and services.
  • Meet productivity and sales revenue metrics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months work experience in an entry-level sales role.
  • Strong communication skills and grit required.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Communications (preferred).
  • Remote work available for candidates in Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones.
  • High-speed internet required.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $45,000 annually.
  • Total average earnings: approximately $60,000 annually with commissions; top performers can earn up to $75,000.
  • Uncapped commissions paid monthly.
