We specialize in working with remote-first companies to optimize client acquisition through better people, stronger processes, and a deep understanding of what actually moves the needle.

We’re not interested in gimmicks or sales theater. We help companies build real sales engines—rooted in culture, accountability, and data. Now we’re expanding and looking for performance-minded individuals to join our team as Setters.

The Role: Sales Setter (Entry-Level, Remote)

This is a front-end business development role focused on top-of-funnel engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound outreach to cold and warm leads via DMs, emails, and other channels
  • Identifying and qualifying basic needs before passing to closers
  • Booking and confirming discovery calls
  • Supporting CRM hygiene and team coordination to ensure follow-up and conversions

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a hunger to get better. It’s an ideal launchpad into professional sales, especially for those looking to break into tech, consulting, or services.

Our best setters often come from unconventional backgrounds.

We’ve seen high performance from people with:

  • Hospitality, food service, or customer support experience
  • Admin or executive assistant roles
  • Competitive sports or coaching backgrounds

Role Structure & Requirements

  • Employment Type: 1099 Contractor (Commission-Only)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50K–$75K in Year 1
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (8am–5pm local time)
  • Location: Fully Remote (US or international)
  • Technology: Must have a reliable computer, webcam, and stable internet
  • Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free home office required
