What we are looking for:

We are seeking strong Entry Level Sales Specialists to join our Intake Department. The Sales Specialists engage with prospective clients, providing exceptional service and support to assess their eligibility for disability benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high call volumes, pre-screening callers, highlighting the benefits of our services, and ensuring the seamless completion of necessary documentation. Our Sales Specialists are crucial to our company's success!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to and from prospective clients to assess their eligibility for obtaining disability benefits.
  • Conduct detailed pre-screening of callers to determine if they qualify for Quikaid's services. This involves asking pertinent questions, gathering essential information, and making initial eligibility assessments based on specific criteria.
  • Provide comprehensive information about Quikaid's services to prospective clients, explaining the process, benefits, and how we can assist them.
  • Address any preliminary questions or concerns that prospective clients may have. If we can assist, promptly send out the necessary representation paperwork.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to confirm they have received our legal paperwork. Providing assistance and guidance as needed to ensure the completion and return of all required documents.
  • Exclusively respond to warm leads, ensuring that all interactions are with individuals who have already expressed an interest in our services. This approach eliminates cold calling and focuses efforts on converting genuinely interested prospects into clients.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with daily bonuses available for strong performers. Typically, these bonuses can add an additional $2 to $4 per hour in earnings.

This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM schedule. This is a work from home position, but you must be a resident of and currently reside in Florida.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an office environment, such as a law firm, insurance company, or medical practice.
  • Must possess an enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing demeanor, as these qualities are essential for building rapport with clients. Additionally, must demonstrate strong sales skills, allowing you to effectively engage prospective clients and articulate the benefits of our services.
  • Accustomed to handling high call volumes, while providing empathy and professionalism, especially when listening to sensitive situations.
  • A team player who works well as part of a team, and who is also self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (typingtest.com can be used for self-assessment).
  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer literacy, including the ability to multitask by talking on the phone while entering information into a proprietary case management system

Employees are responsible for providing their own hardware and must be able to comply with Quikaid’s Technology Requirements. Quikaid does not provide any of the required items listed below but will provide all necessary software needed for the position. Technology Requirements will be discussed further throughout the hiring process.

  • A computer that is running at least the latest version of Windows 10 or higher
  • Desktop PC strongly recommended
  • Laptop permitted only if all tech requirements are still met
  • Mac and Chromebooks are not permitted
  • Tablets not permitted
  • Reliable, high-speed cable or fiber internet service
  • Cable or fiber internet is required, and the employee must connect to the modem via ethernet, so there is a wired connection from the computer to the internet service provider. 5G and satellite home internet services are not permitted.
  • Battery UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) with at least 3 surge battery outlets
  • The computer, modem, and at least one monitor must be plugged into the battery-backed outlets.
  • External keyboard, mouse, headset with microphone, and a working webcam
  • Approved modem (i.e., a modem that is NOT on this list)
  • Ethernet cable (use of Wi-Fi is not permitted)

  • Two 24" monitors (must be two separate monitors working independently of each other)
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, with multiple health plans to choose from based on your needs.
  • 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, which can be used for sick days, vacation days, personal days, and more.

  • A 401(k)-retirement plan with a 6% company match. For every dollar you contribute, we will match up to 6% of your compensation.
  • Fun celebrations, including company-sponsored contests, birthday bonuses ($50 on your birthday), work anniversary bonuses ($100 for each year of employment, for example, on your 3rd anniversary, you will receive $300), and various other celebrations throughout the year. We believe in working hard and having fun!
  • We provide a generous break policy, allowing you to take breaks as needed, including 30 minutes of paid break time each day. Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week.

Additional Information:

  • The start date for this position is August 6, 2025. This date is non-negotiable as training begins on that date.
  • All new hires must complete an aptitude assessment and at least two rounds of virtual interviews before receiving an offer.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug test prior to the start date.
  • You will be required to complete a Tech Certification prior to your Start Date, in which we will review your technology components to ensure they meet the below requirements.
  • If you are unable to pass the Technology Certification prior to your start date, we advise against applying, as you will not be able to begin employment at Quikaid.
