Our services include professionally designed websites, social media, reputation management, video marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) ads, and advanced SEO solutions for chiropractors, veterinarians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other health professionals.

About The Position:

Sales Development Representatives prospect new healthcare practices and build relationships over the phone to identify and secure new clients. They work closely with Account Executives to align marketing goals with suitable services and ensure clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Make 85+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  2. Identify decision-makers and discuss our marketing services to gauge interest and fit.
  3. Schedule appointments with interested prospects and coordinate with Account Executives for closing.
  4. Ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments.
  5. Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital marketing and our products/services.
  6. Meet productivity and sales revenue metrics.
Requirements:
  1. 6+ months of experience in an entry-level sales role.
  2. Strong communication skills and grit demonstrated in prior roles.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (preferred).
  4. Remote work capability within Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones.
  5. High-speed internet connection.
Compensation:
  • Base salary: $45,000 annually.
  • Total average earnings: approximately $60,000 including commissions; top performers can earn up to $75,000.
  • Uncapped commissions paid monthly.
