Position Overview

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy sales, building relationships, and ensuring client success. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform 85+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  2. Identify decision-makers and discuss our marketing services to gauge interest and fit.
  3. Schedule appointments with interested prospects and coordinate with Account Executives to close deals.
  4. Work collaboratively with Account Executives to ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and our services.
  6. Meet productivity and sales revenue targets.
Requirements
  1. 6+ months of experience in an entry-level sales role.
  2. Strong communication skills and grit are required.
  3. Degree in Business Administration or Communications is a plus.
  4. This is a remote position for candidates in Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones.
  5. Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $45,000 annually.
  • Total average compensation: approximately $60,000 annually with commissions; top performers can earn up to $75,000.
  • Uncapped commissions, paid monthly.
  • Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; group life and AD&D; disability insurance; 401(k); paid time off; company events; and growth opportunities.
