This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

About The Position:

Sales Development Representatives prospect new healthcare practices and create relationships over the phone to identify and secure new clients. They work closely with Account Executives to understand clients' marketing goals, match the best service level, and ensure the achievement of marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 85+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  • Identify decision-makers and discuss marketing services to gauge interest and fit.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with Account Executives to close deals.
  • Ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing and our products/services.
  • Meet productivity and sales revenue metrics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of work experience in an entry-level sales role.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Communications (preferred).
  • Remote work capability within Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones.
  • High-speed internet required.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $45,000/year.
  • Total earnings average around $60,000/year, with top performers earning up to $75,000/year with commissions.
  • Uncapped commissions paid monthly.
