About The Position:

Sales Development Representatives prospect new healthcare practices and build relationships over the phone to identify and secure new clients. They work closely with Account Executives to understand clients' marketing goals, match the appropriate services, and ensure the achievement of marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform 85+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  2. Identify decision-makers and discuss marketing services to gauge interest and suitability.
  3. Schedule appointments with interested prospects and coordinate with Account Executives for closing.
  4. Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and our products/services.
  6. Meet productivity and sales revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in an entry-level sales role.
  • Strong communication skills and grit from previous sales roles.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Communications (preferred).
  • Reside within Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones (remote position).
  • High-speed internet access.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $45,000 annually.
  • Total average compensation: approximately $60,000 including commissions; top performers can earn up to $75,000.
  • Uncapped commissions paid monthly.
