iMatrix is a leader in Healthcare marketing solutions, serving over 10,000 small and medium-sized health and wellness businesses across the U.S. Our services include websites, social media, reputation management, video marketing, PPC ads, and SEO for various healthcare professionals.

We seek passionate individuals who enjoy sales, building relationships, and ensuring client success. This entry-level position offers opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Position Details

SDRs prospect new healthcare practices, establish relationships via phone, and identify and secure new clients. They work closely with Account Executives to match services to client needs and help achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform 85+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  • Identify decision-makers and discuss marketing services to gauge interest.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with Account Executives for closing.
  • Ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing and our products.
  • Meet productivity and sales revenue metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of work experience in an entry-level sales role.
  • Strong communication skills and grit.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Communications (preferred).
  • Remote work eligible for candidates in Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones.
  • High-speed internet required.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $45,000/year.
  • Total average earnings: ~$60,000/year with commissions; top performers up to $75,000.
  • Uncapped commissions, paid monthly.
