Job summary

Responsibilities

• Increase center's inside sales and support Account Executive.
• Maintain center accounts and expand penetration into existing accounts.
• Provide a positive customer experience for clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities with customers.
• Review proofs and manage proofing process; notify customers when jobs are ready.
• Create timely, professional job estimates; ensure pricing accuracy.
