Job summary

Intertek is seeking an Inside Sales - Client Champion in Kent, WA to grow the Building & Construction Products business. The role focuses on direct sales, qualifying opportunities, and proposals for testing and certification services.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotes, following up on proposals, and using the CRM to drive territory growth. Intertek offers a competitive hourly wage, incentive bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Building and Construction Products industry.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Self-motivated, assertive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office; prior CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer inquiries and process quotations and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals based on customer needs in the CRM system.
• Follow up on all proposals to advance opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling and leveraging existing client connections.
• Use CRM to track sales activities, quotes, orders, and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales management to define and develop territory growth.
