Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver friendly, efficient customer service across phone, email, and digital channels. You will process orders, coordinate deliveries, and support e-commerce tools while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, managing stock and nonstock orders, and collaborating with Transportation and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and correct errors to resolve issues.
• Manage customer orders (stock and nonstock) manually or via EDI/3rd party systems.
• Arrange exception deliveries with Transportation, UPS, and 3rd party services.
• Participate in training of new Chain Accounts Representatives.
• Collaborate with National Account team to support supply chain strategies.
• Maintain peer relationships across GFS distribution centers and logistics teams.
• Perform other duties as required.
