Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Center Confirmation Agent to maximize conversion of calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments. You will help maintain a calendar of qualified appointments and support sales consultants with timely responses to inquiries.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales/marketing and customer service, with comfort using dual monitors and fast typing. E-Verify participation and a background check are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Sales & Marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service and professional phone etiquette experience.
• Prior experience in home improvement or appointment setting is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable using dual computer screens.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team calendar, ensuring it stays filled with qualified appointments.
• Complete daily appointment confirmations within the established time frame.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from sales consultants about scheduled appointments.
• Professionally handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from homeowners.
• Place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customers to generate more leads.
• Record detailed notes of homeowner interactions and qualify incoming leads.

The Inside Sales Center Confirmation Agent assists our team in maximizing the conversion rate of incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments. You will ensure our calendar is filled with qualified appointments and that each appointment is confirmed within a set time frame. You will also work closely with our team of sales consultants, handling all incoming calls and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team calendar, ensuring it remains consistently filled with qualified appointments while monitoring for any same-day appointments, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Complete all appointment confirmations daily within the established time frame to maintain an accurate and reliable schedule.
• Provide prompt support to sales consultants by quickly responding to any inquiries related to their scheduled appointments.
• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries.
• Place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customers to generate additional leads.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately.
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services.
• Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
• At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
• Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
