Job summary

The Hunton Group's Hunton Distribution division is seeking an Inside Sales Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers seeking HVAC parts, supplies, and technical guidance. This role is phone-focused, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication and a client-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with orders, warranties, returns, and provide product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 1 year certificate from college/technical school preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service, call center, or HVAC-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone by assessing customer needs and recommending HVAC parts, equipment, and filtration solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with commercial HVAC owners, residential contractors, and self-servicing end users.
• Assist customers with order placement, technical support, warranty claims, and product returns.
• Accurately quote projects, manage sales leads, and promote applicable product solutions to grow business opportunities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Trane product line and current promotions to effectively support customer inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with counter sales, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, update CRM/ERP systems, and follow up on open orders or pending issues.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
