Job summary

Hunton Distribution in Houston, TX is seeking an HVAC Counter Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers seeking HVAC parts, supplies, and guidance. You will quote projects, process orders, assist with returns, and support inventory management while helping bilingual customers.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. On-site work with potential overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service, sales, or HVAC-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assessing customer needs and recommending HVAC parts, equipment, and filtration solutions.
• Process sales transactions over the phone and at the counter with commercial HVAC owners, residential contractors, and self-servicing end users.
• Assist customers with order placement, technical support, product returns, and warranty claims.
• Manage sales leads and opportunities by accurately quoting projects and promoting applicable product solutions.
