Hunton Distribution, a division of Hunton Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers seeking HVAC parts, supplies, and technical guidance—handling inquiries, orders, and solutions primarily over the phone.

You will handle inquiries, orders, and warranty claims, assist with project quotes, and maintain knowledge of products and promotions to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• 1-year certificate from college/technical school preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service/call center or HVAC-related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers seeking HVAC parts and guidance.
• Assist customers with order placement, technical support, warranty claims, and product returns.
• Accurately quote projects, manage sales leads, and promote applicable product solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM/ERP and follow up on open orders.
• Collaborate with counter sales, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
