Job summary

• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, prices, quotations, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales and secure orders.
• Enter work orders, returns, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and pricing details.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, sites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Resolve back orders, billing issues, and price discrepancies.
