Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales, operations, and office teams. You will be the go-to person for customers, helping with billing, contracts, and data accuracy.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, organization, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Relevant ERP experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Experience with rental services or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing questions and discrepancies, researching as needed.
• Handle inbound calls and emails related to rental contracts, inquiries, and billing issues.
• Coordinate rental billing activities with sales and operations to resolve billing needs.
• Enter invoice details into customer portals and maintain organized contract files.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and provide account statements as needed.
• Use ERP and other systems to create/manage rental contracts, invoices, and payment records.
