Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a detail-driven Rental Billing Coordinator to support billing, contracts, and customer interactions across sales and operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-team collaboration.

You will work with rental contracts, invoice data entry, and accounts receivable activities while using RentalMan and other systems to maintain records and generate essential reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education, technical certification, or degree preferred.
• 5+ years administrative experience, ideally in: equipment rental, construction services, customer service organizations.
• Equivalent experience (7+ years) may substitute for formal education.
• Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental contract billing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with the sales team to resolve billing needs or contract questions.
• Collaborate with customer accounts payable teams to ensure invoices are distributed.
• Enter invoice data into customer accounting systems when required.
• Maintain records for rental contracts, service records, and billing documents.
• Record, verify, and post customer payments in accordance with company accounting policies.
• Use RentalMan ERP and other systems to manage rental contracts and invoices.
• Generate reports for sales commissions, targets, and operational metrics.
• Support the finance team with records preparation for audits.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and corporate contracts teams.
