Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a detail-driven Rental Billing Coordinator to support our fast-growing equipment rental business in New Iberia, LA. You will help manage rental contracts, billing processes, and customer interactions while coordinating with sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Organized and proactive with numbers and people
• Experience with administrative support in billing or contracts is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental contract billing activities with sales and accounts payable teams
• Enter invoice data into customer accounting systems and maintain accurate records
• Record, verify, and post customer payments
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies
• Generate reports for sales targets and operational metrics
• Support audits and process improvements
• Provide administrative support to local sales team
