Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Must pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test.
• Strong communication and technical knowledge to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and collaboration for your assigned Outside Sales Engineer(s).
• Provide technical assistance to customers on all products represented.
• Size and select for all products represented; develop cost and provide quotes.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and required documentation.
• Enter customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Up with customer orders by providing ship dates and coordinating deliveries.
