• Enter customer purchase orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enter vendor purchase orders per their method/system.
• Follow up on customer orders with ship dates and delivery coordination.
• Participate in product and company training to enhance knowledge.
• Explore opportunities to add value to career accomplishments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Overview:

Inside Sales Associates are responsible for fielding customer requests (internal & external); assessing the customers’ needs and providing solutions in a timely manner; preparing customer proposals; supporting pre-order and post-order processes; building relationships with customers and principals. A successful associate will be a motivated individual with a high level of organization and technical expertise to support both internal and external customers. Essential characteristics for this position include excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and understanding of the customer experience

• Possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Exhibit goal-oriented behaviors and a customer-focused attitude
• Apply extensive attention to detail to all tasks
• Toggle between projects and responsibilities with ease
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• 1-3 years related experience preferred
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test

Scope of Responsibility:

• Provide support and collaboration for your assigned Outside Sales Engineer(s)
