Job summary
Golterman & Sabo Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to learn our products, develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and grow into a larger sales role, with a focus on turning inquiries into orders.
You will support active opportunities, talk with customers, follow up on quotes, and move opportunities from inquiry to quote to order, while benefiting from the ESOP ownership and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
- Willing to learn products and processes.
- Able to communicate with contractors, architects, designers, and other customers.
Responsibilities
- Learn G&S Acoustics products and confidently discuss them with customers.
- Respond to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Talk with contractors, architects, designers, and other customers about project needs.
- Assist with estimating and preparing quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify additional sales opportunities.
- Coordinate product samples, submittals, and sales information.
