Job summary

Southjerseyspeedpro is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to bridge our studio and corporate clients in Gilbert, AZ. You will help strengthen existing relationships and build new ones, make key decisions, and drive results.

You will partner with management to qualify leads, manage CRM activity, and guide the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals, with occasional after-hours commitments and a focus on relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior inside sales experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required or preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Ability to adapt sales style to different customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to acquire leads and qualify them.
• Drive leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining to schedule client appointments.
• Participate in sales and marketing events and perform studio/client outreach.
• Use CRM to track calls and meetings with prospects and customers.
• Manage sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals.
• Develop prospecting strategies including audience segmentation and reporting.
• Attend client meetings; occasional off-hours or weekend commitments may be required.

The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions:

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
• Drive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
• Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
• Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
• Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment
