Job summary

S&G Carpet and More is seeking energetic sales associates to grow with our team. You will work one-on-one with customers to transform homes, supported by a comprehensive training program that quickly brings you up to speed on flooring products and installation timelines.

You’ll build relationships, close sales, and help customers envision new looks for their spaces. Sales roles include an on-site schedule, a favorable hourly wage with commissions, and a supportive environment with benefits.

Job description

We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for sales that are looking for an opportunity to grow their career. If you have success selling other products, we have a terrific training program to quickly get you up to speed on everything you need to know to be a flooring expert.

You will gain true job satisfaction by working with customers, one on one, to help them transform the look of their home. You will have the opportunity to really get to know your customers while you support them during a 1-4 week selling and installation timeline.

Flooring is a growing $15.5 Billion a year industry with tons of opportunity for career advancement. S&G is the leading retailer of flooring in Northern California with an amazing reputation for high quality products, expert installation, and amazing customer service.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week / Every Sunday off / Never work past 6:30pm

Compensation:

$24.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Sales associates generally earn between $26.00 and $34.00 per hour ($54,000 and $70,000 per year in total compensation).
