Job summary

S&G is hiring sales associates in Northern California to help customers transform their homes with high-quality flooring. You will work one-on-one with customers, learn our products through a terrific training program, and participate in a 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.

Schedule includes 8-hour shifts, five days a week, with Sundays off and a capstone on customer satisfaction. Compensation starts at $24/hour plus commission; total earnings typically range $54k–$70k annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Previous sales experience (retail included) is preferred.
• Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public.
• Motivated, ambitious, with a high priority on landing sales.
• Strong computer skills.
• Open to training and learning the product line (we will train you).

Responsibilities

• Sell flooring products at point-of-sale and capitalize on opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
• Support customers during the 1–4 week selling and installation timeline.
