PODS is hiring an Inside Sales Agent in Clearwater, FL. The role combines an hourly base with commission and offers a guaranteed commission for the first three months, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Onsite training leads to a hybrid schedule with potential for remote days after 30 days of training.

You will engage customers planning moves or storage needs, recommend PODS solutions, prepare quotes, and convert conversations into sales while meeting performance goals.

Qualifikationen

• Have 1 to 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Have the basic math skills needed to perform the role.
• Are comfortable working with computers, navigating multiple systems, typing, and entering customer information accurately.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Prepare quotes and convert customer conversations into sales.
