Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Admissions Specialist in Utah to professionally guide clients, families, and professionals through the admissions process. You will promote program features, secure referrals, and maintain positive relationships while working with clinicians to schedule intake appointments.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in sales/marketing, proven sales results, and strong CRM/EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or related field or 2 years related experience in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect with clients.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and communicates program features and benefits to clients.
Maintains and grows existing client relationships by applying admissions skills.
Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy.
Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
Follows up with prospective clients to maintain conversion rates; reschedules when needed.
Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms before end of work day.
