Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah is seeking an Admissions Specialist to professionally communicate with clients, families, and professionals, guiding prospective clients through the admissions process and maintaining positive relationships. You will proactively contact referents and ensure referrals flow into our programs.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and a track record of meeting conversion and customer-satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to communicate program features and benefits to clients.
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by learning admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain conversion rates and reschedule.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms.
• Helps navigate barriers for clients and assist them into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
