Job summary

Metrie, North America’s interior millwork leader, seeks an Inside Sales/Account Rep in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, process orders, update on inventory, and pursue truck-fill opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge and customer relationship building in a collaborative environment. The position is in-branch, Monday–Friday, with a salary range of $52,000–$60,000 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma required.
• A degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to Metrie-BWI customers.
• Process orders and manage customer order entry.
• Analyze sales and margins to support sales goals.
• Provide accurate and timely customer quotes and responses.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to ensure aligned service.
