Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a sales-support professional to interface with customers, process orders, and quote prices. The role involves providing delivery specifications, payment terms, and offering substitute products where applicable.

You may work with Outside Sales Reps to support specific customers and grow accounts. Develop new and current customer relationships by marketing product lines, maintaining contract details, and ensuring accurate account information and availability data

Qualifications

• High school diploma with related experience preferred.
• Basic math for margins and pricing calculations.
• Product and application knowledge essential.
• PC proficiency for data entry and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to process orders, quote prices, and provide delivery and payment terms.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives and assist customers with service needs.
• Develop new and current accounts by marketing product lines and value-added information.
• Maintain customer data, contracts, and inventory/bonded requirements.
• Process phone orders with quotes and substitutes to secure profitability.
• Negotiate quotes based on volume and marketplace conditions.
