Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting our product to the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
• Account management to grow and expand your client portfolio.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Navigate end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, renewals.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos with brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE pros.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term professional networks.
