Qualifications

• Customer service, inside sales, account management experience preferred.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, or upselling is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Account Executives with customer communication and account management.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers and prospective clients.
• Follow up on customer visits and identify additional opportunities to support customer needs.
• Assist with quotes, proposals, and sales-related administrative activities.
• Help generate new business opportunities through marketing and social media outreach.
• Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
