Job summary

Paychex is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to drive revenue by selling Sure401(k) and SunTrust Online 401(k) plans to qualified prospects. You will generate leads, qualify fit, present solutions, and close to meet quota.

The role includes cross-selling other services to existing clients within a dynamic, supportive team environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth plan conversions and participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to generate and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Close prospects on using SurePayroll as record-keeper and TPA for 401(k) plans, generating revenue and meeting quotas.
• Refer customers to additional services to monetize the existing base.
• Lead new customers through online 401(k) plan design to meet expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper plan conversion.
• Meet weekly with supervisor to review activity and revenue metrics for coaching.
