Job summary

Paychex in Chicago is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to drive new revenue by selling Sure401(k) and SunTrust Online 401(k) plans to qualified prospects. You will build relationships, qualify leads, present solutions, and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth plan conversion.

The role emphasizes achieving quota, referral to additional services, and ongoing coaching. The ideal candidate has strong communication, time management, and sales prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prospect and close deals using consultative sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Closes prospects on using SurePayroll and SunTrust 401(k) offerings to generate revenue and meet quota.
• Refers customers to additional services to monetize the existing customer base.
• Leads new customers through 401(k) plan design and establishment.
• Partners with internal operations to ensure proper plan conversions.
• Meets with supervisor weekly to review activity and revenue performance and to receive coaching.
• Other duties as assigned to support the role.
