Job summary

Paychex in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to achieve quota objectives and generate new revenue by selling Sure401(k) and SunTrust Online 401(k) administration and recordkeeping plans to qualified prospects. You will generate leads, qualify fit, present solutions, and close sales while referring clients to additional services.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prospect new clients.
• Experience with 401(k) or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close prospects on using SurePayroll as their record-keeper and TPA for 401(k) plans.
• Refer customers to additional services to monetize the existing base.
• Lead new customers through online 401k plan design and establish plans.
• Partner with internal operations teams to ensure proper plan conversion.
• Meet weekly with supervisor to review activity and revenue; receive coaching.
• Other duties to support the function of the position.
