Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, ISP to lead Inside Plant Operations and facilities across headend, hub, colocations and OTN facilities. You will oversee operational practices, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, guiding staff responsible for reception and distribution of off-air programming using coaxial and fiber technologies.

You will manage critical infrastructure design, installation, operation, and repair, support end-user activations, and run on-call rotations in a 24x7

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception and distribution of off-air programming using coax and fiber.
• Design, install, operate, and repair headend, hub, colocations, and OTN infrastructure.
• Lead staff with disciplined task execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support enterprise end-user turn-up and activations; manage on-call rotation.
