Job summary

NATCO Communications in Arkansas's north central region seeks an experienced OSP Telecom Plant Manager to supervise outside plant construction, installation, and repair for residential and business customers. You will lead in-home Installation and Repair Technicians and the Telecom Construction group, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience installing, provisioning, and maintaining telecommunications and/or broadband services.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to communicate with customers effectively and professionally.
• Knowledge of outside plant design and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise in-home Installation and Repair Technicians and telecom construction staff.
• Oversee outside plant work to meet quality standards and reporting.
• Perform quality control visits for construction, install and repair activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, equipment and materials records.
