Job summary

SpeedPro Eden Prairie is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to act as the linchpin between our studio and corporate clients. You will help strengthen relationships, qualify leads, and drive growth by steering opportunities through the sales cycle.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, CRM management, and collaboration with management to build new business. Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them through qualification.
• Drive list-building and data-mining programs to schedule client appointments.
• Participate in sales and marketing functions such as events and studio tours.
• Manage and utilize CRM to track calls and meetings with customers.
• Manage the full sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals.
• Execute prospecting strategies including audience segmentation, calling scripts, and reporting.
• Attend client meetings and entertainment, with occasional off-hours or weekend work.

The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions:

• Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification
• Drive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments
• Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)
• Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers
• Manage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals
• Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting
• Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off‑hours or weekend commitment
