Zusammenfassung

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Outside Loan Originator to source mortgage leads, build relationships with real estate agents, and process loans in accordance with CCM guidelines. The role requires an active NMLS license, knowledge of mortgage products, and strong analytical and communication skills.

You will work with processing and underwriting to resolve application issues, participate in closings and lead generation activities, and promote CCM products to clients and referral

Qualifikationen

• NMLS license required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Proven ability to proactively solicit new business.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and programs.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate credit requests and trends.
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents and other sources.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Explain loan types and terms to customers and prepare complete loan applications with documentation.
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting to resolve mortgage application issues.
• Attend closings and lead generation activities to promote CCM products.
