Next Door Lending is seeking an Inside Loan Officer to help clients reach homeownership goals. You will consult on loan programs, guide applicants, and manage documentation and timelines. Excellence in communication and customer service is essential in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar role.
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of loan programs, products, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office.
