Satori Mortgage is hiring for a Mortgage Loan Officer role designed for high performers who are new to mortgage but have a strong network. You’ll get comprehensive onboarding, training, and access to AI tools to turn relationships into funded loans.

Work with a national team of over 50 producing loan officers on a commission-only model, with coaching, a structured support system, and real growth opportunities as you build your income and client base.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate own business and build a client network.
• Willingness to learn mortgage origination and lender options.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert your own loan opportunities from your network.
• Develop client relationships and partnerships with agents and builders.
• Learn the origination process and lender options through the onboarding program.
• Leverage AI tools to prospect and close funded loans.
