Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, coaching-oriented, and driven by performance.
• Willing to obtain an NMLS license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified leads, build trust, and show borrowers why the loan partner is the right choice.
• Review financial information and guide borrowers to the loan solution that fits their needs.
• Manage loan applications and documentation from application through closing.
• Walk borrowers through every step of the mortgage process and explain options, rates, and fees.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting teammates and sharing in success.
