• Identify decision-makers open to meetings with our team.
• Record information clearly for Sales Team in shared file.
• Schedule appointments for Fire Safety Specialists.
• Ensure all meeting details are ready for the FSS.
• Follow up to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Log calls, emails, and notes in shared file.
• Track lead progress and prevent missed follow-ups.
