S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales/Lead Gen professional to identify potential customers for fire protection, mechanical, and HVAC inspection services. You will engage by phone and email, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Inspection Sales team.

In this fast-paced role, you will use our CRM to track activity, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Fire Safety Specialists and Operations to grow the customer base and pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer outreach, inside sales, or similar.
• Outbound calls and emails experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• CRM familiarity and record-keeping competency.
• Experience in service-based industries.
• Understanding of inspection cycles or service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for fire protection/inspection services.
• Call and email prospects to schedule appointments for the Inspection Sales team.
• Use CRM to track leads and follow up on activity.
• Gather information on customer needs and scheduling constraints.
• Prepare and share appointment details with Fire Safety Specialists.
