Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
• Experience within wholesale insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within established guidelines.
• Market insurance products by identifying appropriate coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers within defined underwriting and pricing parameters.
• Serve as primary contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and inquiries in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure accuracy of submissions and policy information, including risk details and coverage structure.
• Monitor assigned accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and underwriting standards.
