Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Inside Broker to handle high-volume, phone-based policy sales, renewals, and service. You will quote, place, bind, and confirm coverages while coordinating with agents and carriers to meet production goals.

You will review risk details, negotiate terms within underwriting guidelines, and ensure submissions are accurate. A background in wholesale insurance and a state license is preferred to advance in a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or insurance designation preferred.
• Experience in wholesale insurance including quoting and placement.
• Progression toward more complex deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Quote, place, bind, and confirm policies.
• Identify coverage solutions for less complex risks.
• Negotiate terms with carriers within pricing parameters.
• Serve as contact for agents in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure accuracy of submissions and policy details.
• Monitor accounts for compliance with underwriting standards.
• Support production goals by driving deal flow.
